Will walk for food!

Yay! Although I greatly prefer crawling, I figured this out today and it is mildly amusing!

Where did the last 2 months go????

I'm Back!!!

Okay, okay... I have been a huge blog slacker. Let's see... what's happened since I last posted...

A TRIP TO HELENA...
In January, my dad went in for his last chemo treatment. My brother and I (and Cormick) snuck into town to surprise him. It was a very happy occasion!!! Since then he got the news that he is cancer free! Woohoo!

Ringing the "end of chemo" bell!

Woohoo!

Cormick and Uncle Bean do a celebratory dance!

THE BUSIEST BOY...

Since figuring out this crawling business, Cormick has not stopped moving. He now can stand and walk along furniture, etc. as well. He is into everything!!! AAAA!! His nickname at daycare is "naughty baby" because he seems to find great joy in finding and dumping the dogs dishes, sitting on other kids, and taking pacifiers out of unsuspecting mouths. He also seems to only want to play with things that someone else is using (like our computer, phone, etc.). If he's in the room, pretty much nothing gets accomplished. Little stinker. Here are some pics...

What?

Bedtime is overrated. I shall eat my crib and escape!

Uncle Bean and Aunt Megoon's response to my last picture.
Loons, I tell you.... Loons.

I am a dork.

My bib really says "Chicks dig me", but I'm sure "Hicks" would find me attractive as well...

This is where I stand to view my doggies as they walk by outside. I love them. They have yet to show that they feel the same about me... unless running out every time I enter the room is common way of showing affection.

Dog watching is unbelievably exciting!

Safari boy!

Learning in the nude! Excellent!

Mom and I on a lovely hike up Mt. Sentinel. Hooray for nice weather!

AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL...

The next 7 shots are from a photo shoot with the "noted fashion photographer" Nigel Barker... (okay, actually my mom took them)

I call this pose "Determination". (Yes, I planned the drool as an added effect... Brilliant!)

And now for some fierce poses!!!

Shazam!

Work IT!

Tyra taught me all I know...

ON THE ROAD AGAIN!
We recently took a little road trip to visit Grandma and Grampa Keilman! It was great fun!!

Here I am with my Grandma and my great aunt Betty!

Fun times!!

Uncle Nick's a swell guy too!

(I didn't get a picture alone with my Grandpa, but I had lots of fun with him.
I even took a nap in his lap! It was lovely.)

I love climbing my Grampa and Grandma's stairs!
Too bad I can't figure out how to go back down!

Right when you're having a swell time doing some stairclimbing...
you get swooped up for another picture!

Of Course... This post wouldn't be complete without..........

PICTURES OF CORMICK AND BENJAMIN TOGETHER!

Ellen and Peter flew to Las Vegas to celebrate Peter's 30th birthday and Dan and I got the pleasure of watching Ben for the day! Cormick and Ben had tons of fun! Yay!!!

Whoa! Thanks for the GIGANTIC ball Ellen and Peter! Soooo Fun!

Notice we are both attempting to steal eachother's toy... Brilliant!

So much to do!

Can Ben stay forever?!?

Mom! We are trying to play! Go away!

Excellent!

IN LIKE A LAMB?

That's right... It's March already... Here are a few random shots from the last week that I just couldn't leave out... This is my version of a scrapbook... so they must be included. :)

Whew! This blog was exhaustingly long! It's time for a nap!
Tootles!

World's Longest Picture Blog...

Greetings Earthlings...

(Yes, we are aware that we have the most beautiful dog ever, no need to comment...)

Hey there... good to see you again!
December has been an eventful month!
Enjoy....

Christmas Tree hunting...

You have no idea how many freakin' times we posed like this before we got a picture of us all smiling for the timer shot. Each time, we had to throw a stick for the dogs so that Cormick would look in the general direction of the camera. The plan was to make this our Christmas picture, but then I rejected it as we looked to pasty white. Dan may kill me.

At least the tree hunt was a great success!

Potter and Maya's blog debut...
Covered in mud and full of random deer carcasses they happened upon along our hike... they're only goal left in the day is to jump on our bed the instant they get home. Too bad we were one step ahead of them. (This time anyway...)

The ACTUAL Christmas picture... taken several weeks later, after many failed attempts. You may be thinking... Hmmm... I never got one in the mail. That's because I have yet to mail them. Give me credit... I did get them printed! Hopefully you will recieve one by St. Patricks Day....

Almost National Champions...
(narrated by Cormick and Benjamin)

Hey! My BFF Ben is on his way over to watch the game with me!
Go Griz!

1 hour later....
Ben: Ugh... I can't watch this! It's making me ill...

Cormick: Really? Ill? Let me check your temperature! Hmmm....

Cormick: Yep... it seems you may have a fever...

Cormick: OMG! The griz just fumbled! Blasted!
Ben: Um... ow! Your stupid hand is still on my head!

Ben: HELLO! Please remove hand!

Cormick: ARGH! Now the other team is taking it all the way for the TD!
Ben: Okay... not exactly my preference of new hand placement...

The griz are lame, but exersaucing will surely improve things for now.
See you next season!

Exciting News...
Yay! Dan graduated from the MSU Nursing Program! He scored a job in the ER at Community Hospital! Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost Christmas....

The Koppangs annual ugly sweater/poker Christmas Party!
My favorite holiday event! Too bad I wasn't feeling good and had to leave early this year...
Lookin' good ladies!

Susan Lois Habbe... my mentor in life.

Twas the night before Christmas...
Cormick had the honor of playing the baby Jesus in his cousins annual Christmas pageant.
Much to all of our surprise, he actually sat there through the whole thing.

Christmas Morning...
This stuff belongs to me... back off!

I guess I will share with grampa!

Sadly, I forgot my camera, so we have no other Christmas pictures from Helena! Boo...
(Thanks for the pics Grandma!)

I did like all my presents, but in reality, the laundry basket is my favorite toy.

If you liked the griz game pics earlier...
Best buds McPickleton and Benamino share a loving moment...
We honestly did not plan our outfits!

Zoom view...

View from above! Who knew we had such amazing modeling abilities!

That's right! Just when you thought you'd seen it all... we pull out the BACK TO BACK!

AAA!!!! Blasted! The sacrifices we make for a good shot!

2 days later...
Whoa! Is that Ben flying through the air?

How does he do that? I must inspect the situation!

My friend is magical!

Ben: Grab my foot Cormick!
Come fly with me! Fly!

A parting video...

What? You want more????
Of course you do! Check back soon!
